No free tier. No silent registration.
Scans and intake reads require sign-in and an active retail license or a professional account with credits. They do not register the phone. Registration is explicit and irreversible; the app shows the slot or credit cost before you confirm.
Backup, message export and third-party lookups are deferred and are not being offered for purchase here.
